Gatkuoth Wakow was a founding member of Yomding Payam. Also, he was the one we looked up to during our declaration. He made all of us stand up and demand change. Gatkuoth Waku is well known among the Nuer Leadership from 1972-2013. Walok Generations hold him in great respect for his leadership. He played a big role in our declaration of our own democratic Systems on June 25,2011.
